How does the RSVP system work? — Guests scan the QR code on their printed invitation and complete the Fillout RSVP flow connected to the right event.

Can I have different invite types? — Yes. Day, evening and other invite types can be managed separately where your package includes them.

Can guests add additional people? — Yes, where enabled in the RSVP flow, additional guests are captured separately so totals remain reliable.

Can I see RSVPs in real time? — Yes. Your Softr portal shows live response data filtered to your event.

Can I order extra invitations? — Yes. Additional invitations are priced at £1 each.
